
The Trust recognises the need to increase its capacity and facilities to train new students and support the future of the Thoroughbred breeding industry. In order to do this, the Trust intends to replace the existing accommodation facilities and to increase the quality of its training facilities.
Detailed plans for this new Education & Training Centre have been drawn up which will provide:
The total capital cost of the new Education & Training will be £3 million.

The Trust plans to be involved in the proposed ‘Home of Horseracing' project in Newmarket. It is our aim to host a state-of-the-art Visitor Centre offering visitors a detailed, informative and entertaining insight into the history, current practices and future of Thoroughbred breeding and its relationship with racing and related activities. This is a partnership between The National Stud, the National Horseracing Museum, Retraining of Racehorses, The Jockey Club and Forest Heath District Council. It is designed to create a world-class, educational, equine-based tourist attraction in and around Newmarket.
